To check whether you have long or short muscle bellies, you need to do it. Stick your fingers between the biceps and forearms. If you can put 2 to 3 fingers between them, you have a short muscle belly whereas if you can fit one or no finger in between, you have a long muscle belly.
Muscle bellies are genetic and cannot be changed but what you do is work harder and never lose hope.
